Course Scheduling Calendar
The Course Scheduling Calendar provides important dates/steps for course scheduling.
This is primarily used by the College Course Schedulers for the creation of yearly
academic course offerings.
Interim 25-26 12/15/2025 - 1/11/2026
Term Opened/Course Schedule rolled by Office of the Registrar.
College Academic Schedulers send rolled course schedule to College Dean/Unit Leaders;
Unit Leaders communicate proposed changes back to Academic Schedulers
Degree Planner Demand Report pulled to determine student needs for Schedule; information
distributed to College Deans/Unit Leaders.
College Deans coordinate with Unit Leaders/Academic Schedulers to make schedule changes

Provost audit of course schedule to ensure student course needs are met.
Step 2: COLLEGE SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS
Deans/Unit Leaders/Academic Schedulers revise schedule based on Provost audit, if
needed
25Live Schedule Load/Classroom assignment (allow 2 weeks)
Minor adjustments processed by Academic Schedulers; Major adjustments must be approved
by Dean in OnBase then processed by Academic Schedulers
Step 3: OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR ADJUSTMENTS ONLY
Student Registration begins
